Manager, Fund Analysis and Reporting

About the role

The Manager, Fund Analysis and Reporting will lead end‑to‑end performance analytics, NAV oversight and data governance for a multi‑asset investment platform. You will work closely with investment teams to ensure accurate valuation, reporting and risk monitoring across all funds.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct performance analytics including gross/net returns, IRR, MOIC, yield analysis and benchmark comparisons.
• Perform portfolio attribution at asset, sector and strategy levels.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models for market, FX and macro‑economic impacts.
• Define and enforce NAV governance frameworks, review complex asset valuations and validate fee calculations.
• Implement automated reconciliation tools and real‑time performance tracking using BI tools.
• Design and maintain a centralized data architecture, data validation rules and audit trails.
• Produce standardized reporting templates, Power BI dashboards and self‑service tools for internal stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of regulatory returns and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of experience in fund performance, valuation or reporting.
• Strong understanding of NAV processes, fair‑value hierarchy and investment‑grade asset classes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
