Management Trainee

About the role

FactBase Consulting Limited is looking for a motivated Management Trainee to join its Human Resources team in Lagos. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, training, and HR consulting projects while you develop professional skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and training projects for various clients.
• Design and implement HR consulting initiatives.
• Research, write, present, and implement HR proposals and projects.
• Participate actively in the in‑house Trainee‑Consultants Development Programme.

Required profile

• Minimum HND (1st Class, 2.1, 2.2/Upper Credit) or higher degree in fields such as OTM, Mass Communication, Social/Life Sciences, English/Linguistics, Educational Management, Library Science, Information Technology, etc.
• Maximum age of 26 years.
• NYSC discharge certificate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
