Maintenance Officer

About the role

The Maintenance Officer will ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the building and its facilities at Pacific Hospitality Company’s Marina location in Lagos. You will be responsible for maintaining essential services, preventing breakdowns, and coordinating with external service providers to keep the property in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the building structure, grounds, and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical wiring, plumbing, water supply, generator sets, and HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise external technicians, janitorial staff, and security vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment servicing.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
