Lounge Manager

About the role

The Lounge Manager will lead daily operations of the lounge, ensuring a premium yet relaxed atmosphere for both residents and external guests. This role requires close coordination with multiple departments to deliver seamless service during regular hours, peak periods and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, operation and closing of the lounge, ensuring it is clean, organized and ready for guests.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, security, kitchen and management to maintain smooth service, especially during peak periods and events.
• Supervise lounge staff, prepare duty rosters, conduct briefings and monitor attendance, grooming and performance.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, portion control and waste, working closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Track daily sales, cash handling, inventory and revenue, preparing reports and identifying opportunities to increase income.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience in hospitality, lounge, restaurant, bar or hotel operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience, with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and cash handling.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
