Lounge Manager – Hospitality & Events

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Lounge Manager to lead our upscale lounge in Lagos Marina. You will be responsible for driving revenue through creative events, ensuring flawless daily operations, and delivering premium guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute themed nights, promotions and special events to boost sales.
• Oversee all lounge activities, from opening setup to closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, promptly addressing feedback and complaints.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, fostering a professional team culture.
• Monitor beverage and supply inventories, manage vendor relationships and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in an upscale lounge or bar.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
