Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end movement of goods for Trionlife Wellness International, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery across manufacturing, distribution and last‑mile channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily, weekly and monthly delivery schedules for interstate and intrastate shipments.
• Coordinate courier partners, dispatch riders, fleets and transport companies, assigning deliveries and monitoring performance.
• Track all shipments from dispatch to final delivery, maintaining accurate documentation for each movement.
• Manage logistics costs, negotiate rates and service level agreements, and optimise delivery efficiency.
• Ensure product safety in transit and report delivery performance to the Admin Manager.
• Handle distributor product collection, last‑mile delivery for online orders, and resolve delivery complaints promptly.
• Coordinate delivery of contract‑manufacturing finished products, bulk/customised orders, raw materials and packaging supplies to factories and clients.
• Maintain delivery logs, prepare daily/weekly reports, and report any delays, damages or losses immediately.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply‑chain role.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple courier partners and negotiate delivery terms.
