Live Streaming Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Live Streaming Assistant to support our live broadcast operations, ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after each stream. You will work closely with anchors, production teams, and audience engagement specialists to deliver high‑quality live content.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with anchors about broadcast content, supervise script implementation, and ensure alignment with business arrangements.
• Arrange live broadcast schedules, prepare promotional materials, and debug streaming equipment.
• During the live stream, cooperate with the anchor to energize the audience, respond to questions, and boost conversion rates.
• Manage the chat room by moderating comments, answering inquiries, distributing supporting materials, and promoting benefits.
• Monitor technical performance in real time and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• After the broadcast, compile data statistics, summarize issues, provide feedback, and assist anchors in maintaining VIP groups.

Required profile

• Good appearance, fluent expression, and strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Telegram platforms and experience as a host or anchor on new media.
• Basic understanding of trading markets is an added advantage.
