Lash Technician – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Lash Technician to join our busy salon in Lagos Marina. You will provide a range of eyelash and brow services, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and beautiful.

Key responsibilities

• Perform classic, hybrid, volume and mega‑volume eyelash extensions.
• Offer lash lifts, tints and lash/brow lamination.
• Conduct client consultations, assess eye shape and lifestyle, and recommend suitable styles.
• Manage refills, removals and provide after‑care education.
• Maintain a clean, calm treatment area and follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Take before/after photos for portfolio with client permission.
• Track inventory of lashes, adhesives, tweezers and report low stock.
• Maintain the booking calendar using Fresha, Booksy or WhatsApp Business.
• Promote services on Instagram/TikTok, gather reviews and suggest promotions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of professional lash experience.
• Portfolio showcasing at least 10 completed lash sets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly service and revenue targets.

• Sanitisation and hygiene protocols for tools and workstations.
