Kitchen Assistant – Food Prep & Service Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join Charz Grill’s team in Lagos. You will support the preparation and assembly of breakfast items, sandwiches and charcuterie boxes, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, portioning and assembling breakfast items.
• Support the assembly of sandwiches, charcuterie platters and breakfast boxes.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, tools and equipment throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and handling standards at all times.
• Package orders neatly according to Charz Grill presentation guidelines.
• Help during pop‑up events and outdoor breakfast services.
• Monitor ingredient levels, report shortages and support inventory organization.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
