Junior Recruiter – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing qualified domestic staff with our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified domestic staff for client placements.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate deployment of successful candidates to client sites.
• Conduct onboarding, orientation and basic training for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and employee records.
• Follow up with deployed staff and clients to ensure successful placements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Update and manage the recruitment database.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
• Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and solid report‑writing capability.
• Residence in Ikeja or nearby areas, or willingness to commute daily.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
