About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join Fountain Meds Pharmacy in Lagos. The role offers an opportunity to develop accounting expertise within the healthcare sector while supporting daily financial operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Process invoices, payments and perform bank reconciliations.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Support statutory remittances and help prepare for audits.
- Collaborate with the Senior Accountant on routine accounting tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Analytical mindset with good organizational and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
