IT Manager – Multiple Locations, Nigeria

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations across several Nigerian cities. The role combines day‑to‑day IT management with strategic planning to ensure reliable, secure and scalable infrastructure as aiRecruitTalent expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and internal technology infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Oversee IT support, systems administration, network operations and ensure high system uptime.
• Coordinate hardware, software, cloud services and IT asset management.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR and Operations on technology initiatives.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead troubleshooting, incident response and technical escalation processes.
• Support technology planning, infrastructure scaling and business continuity projects.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in IT management, infrastructure or systems administration.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud systems, cybersecurity and overall IT operations.
• Proven experience managing IT support teams and enterprise systems.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
