ISO Auditor

About the role

The ISO Auditor will plan, conduct and report on ISO compliance audits across multiple locations, ensuring organisations meet management system standards.

Key responsibilities

• Planning Audit: determine audit scope, set goals, define criteria, coordinate schedule and gather required documents.
• Conducting Audits: perform on‑site or remote checks against ISO standards, collect evidence and evaluate management systems.
• Communication: advise on audit requirements and maintain clear, simple communication throughout the audit process.
• Assigning Roles: allocate specific tasks to team members to ensure smooth audit execution.
• Checking Compliance: examine organisations for adherence to their management system rules.
• Finding areas of Improvement: identify process gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
• Starting and Finishing Audits: lead kickoff and wrap‑up meetings and support any necessary follow‑up work.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an ISO auditor.
• Demonstrated portfolio of delivered ISO certifications.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools.
