Inventory Personnel

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Personnel to join our warehouse team in Lagos. The role involves managing stock flow, ensuring accurate records, and supporting audit processes. You will work closely with other departments to keep inventory levels optimal.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and store products efficiently within the warehouse.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with stock audits.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all warehouse items.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to facilitate timely stock movement.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management practices.
