Inventory Officer

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Officer to support our cakes and catering operations in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movements, and helping to minimise waste while ensuring production runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily stock inflow and outflow and perform regular physical counts.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and investigate any discrepancies.
• Calculate yield, monitor production efficiency and implement waste‑reduction measures.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO principles and enforce proper stock handling procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on stock levels, variances and wastage.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, production and finance teams.

Required profile

• Residence near Wawa, Opic, Berger, Akute, Olowoira, Alagbole, Ketu or Magodo is an advantage.
• Minimum HND qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory or stock control.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP and POS systems.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000, based on experience.
