Internal Auditor – Risk & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Internal Auditor will lead risk‑based audit activities across Kxris Perfumes Ltd, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and operational efficiency. This full‑time position reports to senior management and plays a key role in safeguarding assets and improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with professional standards.
• Test internal controls, financial records, operational workflows, and IT systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks and propose actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to department heads and executives.
• Monitor implementation of management action plans and ensure timely remediation.
• Ensure adherence to local laws, industry regulations, and corporate governance policies.
• Investigate suspected fraud, waste, or policy violations and recommend preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA or ACCA are strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit or risk management.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate complex financial data and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data‑analysis tools such as ACL and Power BI.
• Familiarity with audit management software.
