Join AIICO Insurance PLC as a full‑time Insurance Sales Executive in Lagos. This hybrid position blends office collaboration with remote work, focusing on driving new business and nurturing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for insurance and investment products.
• Present tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships, provide timely support, and manage policy inquiries and renewals.
• Prepare accurate proposals, keep sales records up to date, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy administration.
• Conduct market research, stay informed on product developments, and participate in regular sales meetings and training.
• Support claims processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close insurance sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of insurance products, brokerage practices, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented, resilient, and comfortable working against performance targets.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
