About the role

Fortis Global Insurance Plc is seeking a motivated Insurance Financial Advisor to join its Lagos office. This full‑time, performance‑driven position focuses on generating new business, advising clients on insurance and investment solutions, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Marina region.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments and provide tailored advice.
• Present, sell, and service appropriate insurance and investment products.
• Maintain client documentation, handle renewals, and support claims processes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Previous sales or insurance experience is an advantage.
