Insurance Broker Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Insurance Broker Sales Executive to lead and expand our insurance sales team at our Lekki office in Lagos. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and growing our broker network across personal and commercial lines.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of insurance sales agents to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive new client acquisition and manage key accounts for life, health, auto, and corporate insurance products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase premium income and market share in Lekki and surrounding areas.
• Build long‑term relationships with individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients.
• Track team performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with NAICOM regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong understanding of general insurance, life insurance, and brokerage operations.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team‑management abilities.
• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Resident in or willing to relocate to Lekki.
