Injection Molding Specialist / Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Specialist who will also serve as a trainer for our engineering team. The role involves hands‑on setup, operation, and optimisation of injection molding machines, while mentoring staff to improve product quality and process reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Train engineers on injection molding setup, operation, and parameter optimisation (temperature, pressure, injection speed, charge, cooling).
• Coach on diagnosing and repairing common defects such as flash, short shots, flow imbalance, and warping.
• Guide best practices for mold changes, material handling (PP, PS, masterbatch) and routine machine maintenance.
• Develop and document repeatable production processes to ensure consistent quality.
• Provide on‑site support Thursday‑Sunday, with flexibility as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on injection molding experience.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot defects and optimise process settings.
• Comfortable mentoring and teaching technical concepts.
• Familiarity with machine controllers such as ACNOVO or similar.
• Availability to work Thursday–Sunday (negotiable).
