Influencer Program Supervisor

About the role

The Influencer Program Supervisor will oversee the end‑to‑end operations of Evik’s influencer initiatives across multiple regions and platforms. This role ensures that onboarding, activation, and ongoing campaign activities follow approved workflows, brand guidelines, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise influencer onboarding, activation and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring adherence to approved processes and messaging.
• Monitor consistency across regions, platforms and influencer groups, escalating any operational risks or deviations.
• Ensure all influencer activities comply with disclosure requirements, platform policies and brand‑safety standards.
• Track performance metrics, identify under‑performance or process breakdowns, and support stability during high‑volume campaign periods.
• Coordinate with influencer coordinators, content teams and communications teams to maintain alignment throughout campaign phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years (72 months) of experience supervising influencer programs, campaign operations or similar large‑scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of influencer workflows, compliance requirements and platform guidelines.
• Excellent organizational, monitoring and escalation abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and reporting skills, comfortable working in structured, approval‑based environments.
