Inbound Sales Analyst (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Analyst at Korapay, you will onboard merchants, expand the client base and uncover new revenue opportunities within the fast‑moving payments ecosystem. You will work closely with product, merchant success and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review all inbound leads daily and engage prospects via phone, email and other channels.
• Follow up with the compliance team to verify merchants’ KYC documentation.
• Onboard at least 80 % of qualified inbound leads.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to drive overall organizational growth.
• Coordinate with Product, Merchant Success and Operations to address client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in telesales, business development, sales analysis or a similar B2B role within payment infrastructure, financial services or banking.
• Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and upselling existing customers.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to make dozens of calls per day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.
• Proficiency in corporate productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
