Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, workforce management and HR strategy for our fast‑growing technology and consulting business in Lagos. The role will partner with senior leadership to shape people practices that attract, develop and retain high‑potential employees across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and onboard high‑potential talent across technology, consulting, sales and operations.
• Develop HR practices that engage, motivate and retain Gen Z and millennial employees, balancing flexibility with accountability.
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to leadership across all business lines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, policies, performance reviews and disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Design and deliver onboarding, learning and development initiatives for technical and non‑technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience, preferably in technology, professional services or fast‑growing organisations.
• Proven experience managing multi‑generational teams with strong insight into Gen Z workforce dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to balance people‑centric thinking with business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience supporting hybrid/remote teams (advantageous).
• CIPM or other relevant HR certification (plus).
