About the role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function for a healthcare organization in Lagos. The role will oversee recruitment, employee development, compensation, and workplace culture, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Develop and maintain performance management and improvement tracking systems.
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs.
- Plan and deliver staff training and development initiatives.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and related record‑keeping.
- Maintain employee files and the HR filing system.
- Handle staff grievances, complaints, sanctions, and disciplinary actions.
Required profile
- Excellent computer skills.
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Strong knowledge of employment and labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- High level of confidentiality.
