About the role

Best South Energies Limited is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Executive to join its team in Lekki. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and employee relations.
• Oversee recruitment processes from posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably within construction or oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and workplace dynamics.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professional ethics.
