Human Resource Officer – Full‑time

About the role

Dynafleet is seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to join its team in Lagos. You will play a key role in managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee relations within a fast‑moving shipping and logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave and punctuality.
• Support employee welfare and address staff‑related concerns.
• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accurate compensation records.
• Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment regulations.
• Provide general HR administrative support to employees and management.
• Promote a positive, productive and professional work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll management, employee relations and labour practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
