House Manager

About the role

The House Manager will oversee the daily operations of two luxury residences, ensuring a seamless experience for the family and guests. Reporting directly to the household’s senior staff, this role combines staff leadership, property maintenance, and high‑level administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop household staff across both residences.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, fleet management, and special projects.
• Manage household budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Handle bill payments and liaise with estate management bodies.
• Coordinate the family’s calendar, events, and travel logistics.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive management experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel, luxury guest house, or large private estate.
• Strong financial and budgeting capabilities.
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage overlapping schedules and projects independently.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 400,000 to NGN 600,000.
