House Keeper

About the role

We are looking for a diligent House Keeper to ensure our apartment units and shared spaces are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. This full‑time position is based in Lagos Marina and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deep clean and stage each apartment before guest arrival, including bed making, linen replacement, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting all surfaces.
• Restock toiletries, kitchen supplies and paper products for new and extended stays.
• Perform turnover cleaning between departures and arrivals, reporting any damage or maintenance issues.
• Maintain common areas such as corridors, lobbies, staircases and reception to the same high standard.
• Manage laundry, folding and storage of linen and towels, and alert the Operations Supervisor when stock is low.
• Communicate courteously with guests, respecting privacy and handling any complaints or special requests promptly.
• Monitor cleaning product and amenity inventory, use supplies responsibly and complete all required checklists and logs.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and follow operational guidelines.
• Good communication skills and a respectful attitude toward guests.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, dusters).
• Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to manage linen inventory and operate laundry equipment.
