About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Cook to join our hotel kitchen in Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare food promptly according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Manage food storage correctly to ensure freshness and safety.
- Collaborate closely with other kitchen staff to deliver an excellent dining experience for guests.
- Adhere to hotel standards and safety protocols at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum of a vocational qualification related to culinary arts.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar cooking role.
