Home Tutor for IGCSE Cambridge A-Levels (SSS 3)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated home tutor to prepare a single SSS 3 student for the IGCSE Cambridge A‑Levels examinations scheduled in October. The tutor will work at the client’s residence in Victoria Island, Lagos, delivering focused lessons that align with both the Nigerian curriculum and the Cambridge syllabus.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver 2‑hour lessons on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00 PM.
• Cover all required subjects for the IGCSE Cambridge A‑Levels, ensuring alignment with the Nigerian curriculum.
• Provide homework, practice tests, and regular progress assessments.
• Adjust teaching methods to meet the student’s learning pace and exam preparation needs.
• Maintain clear communication with the client regarding the student’s development.

Required profile

• Experience teaching senior secondary (SSS 3) students.
• Familiarity with the IGCSE Cambridge A‑Levels syllabus.
• Ability to work independently at the client’s home.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to engage a teenage learner.
