Head of Sales – Real Estate (2 openings)

About the role

The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales operations for DreamCity’s residential, commercial and investment properties across Abuja and Lagos. The role requires a high‑performing sales leader with a proven record in property sales, client relationship management and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and support.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Generate high‑quality leads through direct marketing, referrals, partnerships and digital platforms.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track conversion rates.
• Conduct property inspections with prospective clients across Lagos and Abuja.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and train the sales team to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real‑estate and investment sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Lagos or Abuja markets.
• Deep understanding of regional real‑estate market dynamics, pricing and regulations.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively for inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
