Head of Sales & Business Development

About the role

The Head of Sales & Business Development will lead Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited’s growth strategy in the real‑estate market. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share and building strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development plans.
• Achieve aggressive revenue targets and improve profitability.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a high‑performing sales team.
• Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, clients and key stakeholders.
• Design sales strategies that increase market share.
• Provide commercial leadership aligned with long‑term growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within real‑estate.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value real‑estate transactions and delivering revenue growth.
• Experience building and managing high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented execution style.
