Head of Programmes

About the role

The Head of Programmes will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of our social interventions across education, health and shelter. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategic objectives that align with the foundation’s mission and drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex social needs into actionable program strategies and long‑term plans.
• Guide cross‑functional teams to meet high‑level KPIs, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
• Identify and fulfill professional development needs through mentoring and training initiatives.
• Develop and maintain systems and procedures for efficient program operations, data tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate monthly reporting, ensuring data‑driven decision making and strict quality assurance.
• Establish frameworks to measure social impact and ROI of interventions.
• Manage comprehensive budgets for large‑scale humanitarian projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in programme management within NGOs or humanitarian sectors.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire high‑performance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results and impact measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
