Head of Operations

About the role

The Head of Operations will lead and scale Global T&T New Solutions Limited’s operational functions across Lagos. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader will design efficient processes, drive cross‑functional alignment and ensure compliance with industry regulations while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve company‑wide operational processes, systems and workflows.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs covering efficiency, quality, cost, customer satisfaction and reliability.
• Partner with the CEO, CTO, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams to align operations with business objectives.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as platform scalability, international expansion, M&A integration and new product launches.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing operations team including IT, customer support, onboarding, facilities, vendor management and business intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with legal, data‑privacy and security standards (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA where applicable) and oversee information security, data governance and risk management.
• Identify automation opportunities, manage vendor relationships and optimise procurement to improve margins.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for operational expenses and report operational health to the executive team and board.

Required profile

• Minimum BSc degree.
• At least 5 years of senior‑level experience in operations leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling operations in fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
