Head Marketer

About the role

The Head Marketer will lead all marketing activities for a real‑estate focused organization, shaping strategy to drive revenue and brand growth. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with sales, product and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company revenue goals.
• Manage, hire and mentor internal marketing teams including digital, creative and content specialists.
• Establish and maintain a consistent brand message, identity and positioning across all channels.
• Allocate marketing spend efficiently and analyse performance metrics such as ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost.
• Conduct competitive research and consumer behavior analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product and customer service teams to ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years progressive marketing experience within the Real Estate or Construction industry.
• Strong, verifiable network of high‑net‑worth individuals, corporate clients and real‑estate brokers.
• Proximity to Ikoyi or willingness to commute easily.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.
