Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Accretio Africa is seeking a senior Growth Marketing Manager to design and run a repeatable B2B demand‑generation engine. You will own the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness to qualified pipeline, working closely with the CEO and sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand generation across LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, and account‑based marketing to produce qualified SQLs and MQLs.
• Develop and launch quarterly multi‑channel campaigns, including lead magnets, landing pages and conversion optimisation.
• Oversee the content engine: founder pieces, customer stories, case studies, product videos, newsletters, blog posts and sales collateral.
• Grow and nurture communities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram and niche industry groups.
• Identify, negotiate and activate strategic partnerships with HR platforms, IT consultancies, co‑working spaces and accelerators.
• Plan and execute events such as webinars, workshops, product demos and industry conferences.
• Coordinate brand marketing activities including PR, podcast appearances, media features and brand campaigns.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution: creative briefs, design, copy, video production, paid media, landing pages, CRM integration and reporting.
• Track performance through dashboards, own analytics and continuously improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of B2B demand‑generation experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Proven track record of building and scaling lead‑generation engines that feed sales pipelines.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership, sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns and community‑building initiatives.
• Senior‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability.
