Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition and engagement for our digital solutions. You will shape and execute data‑driven growth strategies that align with our business objectives and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies, conduct market and competitor research, and design experiments across channels.
• Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and community growth initiatives.
• Design, launch, and optimise email marketing flows, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with brands, creators, and communities to generate leads and revenue.
• Track key performance metrics, analyse results with tools such as GA4 and Meta Business Suite, and iterate on tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage CRM/email platforms, online communities, and influencer collaborations.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising and strong analytical mindset.
