Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. You will produce eye‑catching visual assets that support sales, marketing and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design sales flyers, promotional materials, brochures and property flyers.
• Create engaging social‑media graphics for marketing campaigns.
• Develop branding and visual content for company projects and advertisements.
• Produce marketing materials for both digital and print use.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver designs quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and standards.
• Edit and update existing designs as needed.
• Meet tight deadlines and handle urgent design requests without delay.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (up to 2 years).
• Strong portfolio showcasing flyers, branding and social‑media designs.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver promptly.
• Good understanding of modern design trends and marketing visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Availability and responsiveness during work hours for urgent tasks.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
