About the role

Join Gabtar Investment Ltd as a Graduate Trainee and embark on a structured training journey designed for recent graduates. You will gain hands‑on experience across various HR functions while supporting daily operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured training programs and on‑the‑job learning.
• Support daily operations and projects across assigned departments.
• Learn company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Assist senior staff with tasks, reports, and documentation.
• Conduct basic research, data entry, and analysis as required.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Apply learned skills to improve work processes and performance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Completion of NYSC or currently serving (where applicable).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new environments.
