About the role
The Graduate Trainee position is a full‑time entry‑level role based in Lagos. You will join a structured training programme designed to develop business, communication and customer‑service capabilities while supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and development programmes.
- Assist with daily business operations and client relationship management.
- Support business development activities and help achieve organisational goals.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects on time.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: OND (0–1 year of work experience); fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem‑solving skills and a positive work ethic.
