Global HR Change & Enablement Lead – Skills

About the role

The Global HR Change & Enablement Lead – Skills will drive the organisational change strategy for the HR Skills Transformation programme. Reporting into the Change & Enablement Practice, the role will shape and deliver enterprise‑wide adoption of change initiatives across the bank’s global HR portfolio. This is a six‑month contractor position that may be based in Singapore, the United Kingdom or Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, design and execute core OCM deliverables such as Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analyses.
• Develop and implement end‑to‑end Change & Enablement strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Create engagement and learning plans to drive awareness, adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.
• Partner with the Global Principal C&E Lead and act as a trusted advisor to programme leadership.
• Identify and assess stakeholders across regions and functions, and design targeted engagement strategies.
• Design and deliver high‑impact communications, learning materials and engagement artefacts.
• Lead execution of C&E deliverables in line with enterprise frameworks, playbooks and governance standards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on organisational change, embedding best‑practice methodologies.

Required profile

• Executive‑level experience (minimum 10 years) in organisational change management within large, complex, global programmes.
• Proven track record of leading change workstreams in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and learning design capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously in a contractor capacity across multiple geographies.
