Furniture Design Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Furniture Design Architect to lead the creation of detailed wood joinery designs for furniture, cabinetry, and custom pieces. The role combines creative design with technical precision, ensuring that concepts are manufacturable and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed designs and technical drawings for wood joinery products.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes based on design requirements and client specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop prototypes and validate manufacturing feasibility.
• Utilize CAD tools, specifically V-ray, Blender, and Revit, to produce and modify designs efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in furniture or product design, preferably within a wood joinery environment.
• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and joinery methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in V-ray.
• Proficiency in Blender.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with CAD software.
