Fulfilment Officer

About the role

The Fulfilment Officer will support Plumes Healthcare by managing the end‑to‑end order process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medical supplies to customers. This role bridges procurement, warehouse, logistics and customer service teams to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, validate and enter customer orders into internal systems.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to confirm stock availability.
• Update inventory levels and order status continuously.
• Prepare and verify documentation required for dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, follow up with suppliers and resolve any order discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with logistics, sales and customer service to minimise delays and errors.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow internal procedures and comply with relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and customers.
