Fulfillment Specialist

About the role

The Fulfillment Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end processing of customer orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing and dispatch. This role works closely with warehouse, order management, fleet and customer support teams to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, verification and storage of incoming inventory against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders according to customer specifications while maintaining accurate system updates.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile physical stock with system records and report discrepancies.
• Monitor pending orders, resolve stock shortages, damaged items or incorrect shipments, and escalate issues when needed.
• Process returns, inspect items and update records or route for appropriate action.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on order volumes, accuracy, turnaround times and inventory variances.

Required profile

• A BA/BSc, HND, OND or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least four years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, inventory management or e‑commerce operations.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts based on operational needs.
