About the role
We are looking for a highly organized, service‑driven professional to lead the front office and guest relations team at our hotel in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. As the face of the property, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise front‑desk officers, concierge and guest‑relations staff.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for guest complaints, special requests and VIP arrivals.
- Oversee room reservations, check‑ins/check‑outs, billing accuracy and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Manage the Hotel Property Management System (PMS) and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Monitor daily occupancy, front‑office upselling targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- 5–7 years progressive experience in front‑office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Residency in Lagos.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software such as Opera, Cloudbeds and Booking.com.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
