Front Desk Personnel

About the role

The Front Desk Personnel will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at Rotawn Energy & Logistics Services Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, clients and guests warmly and professionally.
• Answer, direct and manage incoming telephone calls.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail, emails and courier deliveries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
• Schedule appointments, meetings and manage meeting‑room bookings.
• Handle enquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors.
• Maintain visitor logs, office records and other administrative documents.
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement and replenishment.
• Source, liaise with and negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient office operations.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in front‑desk or administrative roles.
• Professional appearance with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
