Front Desk Officer

About the role

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports daily office operations and provides basic client assistance in a fast‑moving IT & Telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries received via the company’s general email addresses.
• Welcome visitors and clients, maintain visitor records, and ensure a tidy reception area.
• Provide first‑level support for routine client enquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage correspondence.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
• Assist with other office operations as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional telephone etiquette.
• Organized, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a smart appearance.
• Residency in or near Yaba, Surulere, Maryland, Gbagada, Bariga, Somolu, Mushin, Fadeyi, or surrounding areas for easy commuting.

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
