Front Desk Officer

About the role

The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and vendors at Twinkly Tots. This role ensures a welcoming, organized and professional reception environment while supporting daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents, visitors and vendors with a warm, courteous attitude.
• Maintain a clean, orderly reception area and manage phone calls and emails professionally.
• Oversee daily sign‑in and sign‑out of children and staff, ensuring accurate records.
• Update student and staff records, file official documents and handle school communications.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and request restocks as needed.
• Assist in coordinating school events, meetings and newsletters.
• Relay messages from parents to staff promptly and draft routine correspondence.
• Provide direct administrative support to the School Director and submit daily summary reports.

Required profile

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional, courteous demeanor with a business‑casual dress code.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer and office tools.
