Food & Beverage Manager – Lagos

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B outlets at our Marina location, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to align operations with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, lounges, bars, kitchens and banquet areas.
• Recruit, train, coach and evaluate F&B staff to maintain high performance.
• Develop and implement sales and revenue‑growth strategies.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Prepare staff schedules, manage workforce productivity and control labor costs.
• Handle inventory, purchasing, stock levels and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Produce operational reports and performance analyses for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Proven leadership, team‑building and customer‑service abilities.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and inventory management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
