Financial Analyst – Renewable Energy

About the role
The Financial Analyst will join A4&T Power’s finance team in Lagos, supporting the company’s renewable‑energy projects through data‑driven financial analysis and reporting. The position is hybrid, combining office work with remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse and interpret financial statements, income statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow reports.
- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess project and investment viability.
- Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular management reports.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to regulatory and stakeholder reporting.
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA or CPA are a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel for financial modelling.
- Financial modelling techniques and tools.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
